Most people hear the term HVAC and assume it’s specifically a summertime function for air conditioning with the weather swelters. However, the HVAC system also refers to heating and ventilation, which the HV stands for before the AC. The system is in control of both temperature and air quality within your home, all accounting for your warmth and comfort this winter. You can ensure contentment through the cold with winter HVAC tune-up & preventative maintenance in King County.
Cascade Energy Services has operated for quite some time, but our experience and expertise, as individuals, give us combined decades of knowledge and capability. Therefore, you can trust us to have your best interests in mind!
On average, you should schedule a routine inspection for your HVAC system annually. Preventative maintenance allows us to foresee small issues before they become huge, expensive problems. Some people choose to have their HVAC systems checked twice per year – once before summer and before winter – to ensure proper function throughout seasons where coolness and warmth are more important to home comfort.

I highly recommend Bill from Cascade Energy Services. He did what other HVAC companies in the area weren't able to do. Instead of trying to sell me into buying a new HVAC unit (which is what I initially contacted him for), he found me a replacement part for my existing high-end Trane furnace, ordered it on my behalf for local pickup just down the road from my house. This saved me $$ by not having to replace my entire furnace. I had paid another HVAC company to come out and try to find the replacement part but they couldn't do it. Bill did it over phone / email and didn't charge me anything. I simply paid for the part (at wholesale cost) that he ordered, and once I plugged in the new part (pressure switch), my furnace was up and running like normal. I'd trust Bill on the any HVAC matters. He is very knowledgeable and cares about doing the right thing for the customer. I now have a trusted go-to source for future heating and cooling needs!
