When it comes to replacing a water heater, you may not be sure if that’s the correct answer. Allow us to show you the process and how to know if a replacement is best.
When’s the Right Time?
You may feel that a repair might do the trick, but repair is often the best way to go. How do you know that? First, think about the age of the system in place. If it is 10 years old or older, a new installation is most likely the best course of action.
Other signs that a replacement is needed include noises from the system, rust in the water, or water visibly settling around the tank itself.
Choice Is Yours!
We offer a wide variety of water heater units to choose from. You can go full electric or gas, a traditional tank system, or the newer tankless units. The option is up to you!
When the Tech Arrives
You’ll have a certified and trained installation tech on site promptly when calling for service. They will measure the home to ensure the precise size heater, go over your concerns, and discuss the options with you. You can make an informed decision on how to proceed. Once approved, your new water heater will be installed in no time.

I highly recommend Bill from Cascade Energy Services. He did what other HVAC companies in the area weren't able to do. Instead of trying to sell me into buying a new HVAC unit (which is what I initially contacted him for), he found me a replacement part for my existing high-end Trane furnace, ordered it on my behalf for local pickup just down the road from my house. This saved me $$ by not having to replace my entire furnace. I had paid another HVAC company to come out and try to find the replacement part but they couldn't do it. Bill did it over phone / email and didn't charge me anything. I simply paid for the part (at wholesale cost) that he ordered, and once I plugged in the new part (pressure switch), my furnace was up and running like normal. I'd trust Bill on the any HVAC matters. He is very knowledgeable and cares about doing the right thing for the customer. I now have a trusted go-to source for future heating and cooling needs!
