This team is worth every star, from sales to the install process everyone was professionally communicative, was available for questions, and extremely friendly when we got our mini-split system installed. Compared to many of the other competitors, they did not up sale us on a system and made sure to explain the unique nature of mini-splits so we understood the product we were getting.
