Warning Signs
The systems in your home will show signs of a problem long before it quits completely. These may be different for everyone depending on the system you have and the problem at hand. However, the most common repair signs include:
- Pilot light changes color
- The pilot light won’t stay lit
- Noises coming from furnace, heat pump or AC when working
- Air is not blowing the temp it is set at
- Air doesn’t blow at all
- Ice forming on the outside unit
Any of these are signs you need to have a pro take a look at.
Certified Techs
The technician sent to your home is a certified Rheem professional. They can troubleshoot any system you have and provide an affordable repair solution. They will go over the cost estimate with you, answer any questions you have, and put the repair in place once approved.
New System
Sometimes a new system is warranted. It could be due to repairs done previously, the age of the unit, or wear and tear that has occurred. A Rheem system is a great update to the current unit you have. Discuss the many benefits with your installation technician on the spot.

I highly recommend Bill from Cascade Energy Services. He did what other HVAC companies in the area weren't able to do. Instead of trying to sell me into buying a new HVAC unit (which is what I initially contacted him for), he found me a replacement part for my existing high-end Trane furnace, ordered it on my behalf for local pickup just down the road from my house. This saved me $$ by not having to replace my entire furnace. I had paid another HVAC company to come out and try to find the replacement part but they couldn't do it. Bill did it over phone / email and didn't charge me anything. I simply paid for the part (at wholesale cost) that he ordered, and once I plugged in the new part (pressure switch), my furnace was up and running like normal. I'd trust Bill on the any HVAC matters. He is very knowledgeable and cares about doing the right thing for the customer. I now have a trusted go-to source for future heating and cooling needs!
