Bill and his team at Cascade Energy Services are great. We were looking into a heat pump for our house that has an older electric, forced-air furnace and no A/C. Bill listened to our concerns and questions. He knew that a mini-split system would provide the temperature control that we were looking for with our existing ductwork, especially on the second floor. It wasn't an upsell, either. The install team was courteous and personable, and they did good work. Also, Bill gave me a great cheese recommendation. All around good people. Bill is fantastic! This is a fabulous company with perfect customer service. He came to look at my gas fireplace that wasn't working, after I had a bad experience at another heating/HVAC company. He was courteous, smart, knew his stuff! Gave us great info on our fireplace setup and mantle redesign as well... Super down to earth guy and a good person. He's incredibly reasonable in price as well. And really, he'll save you money in the long run because he'll do it right the first time! We're definitely going to work with Cascade Energy in the future another projects. Oh and ps, he's a cat dude! ❤️

Bill and his team were all so wonderful! Bill did a good job explaining the hardware and science that goes into a ductless mini split system and made sure that I understood the capabilities and limitations of these systems. Additionally, at no point did he try upselling me on other systems like other companies did. We had three units installed throughout our house. The install team, Bane and Mike were awesome! They did an excellent job with the install over the course of a couple days, and they were also really polite and professional. If you or anyone you know is looking for HVAC work. You can’t go wrong with Cascade Energy Services.
