⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bane and the crew from Casacade Energy Services did an excellent, professional installation of our new Trane furnace (nice and quiet!), along with a house surge protector and earthquake cutoff mechanism for our gas line. Bill was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Also, his office staff helped us through all the warranty work and helped answer questions about rebates. We couldn't ask for a better experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bill was great to work with, he’s a genuine, knowledgeable guy. He had great advice for our setup. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time working with him. I was shocked that this company does work in Newcastle, Wa, it’s quite a hike from Lake Stevens. Michael, Anthony, and Kaben(spelling?) installed my 3 units. There were a couple would be mistakes but this crew made sure anytime they had a question or concern to double check. This meant that everything was installed properly and those mistakes weren’t made. I would 100% work with these folks again and I’d recommend them to anyone else. Great team, great company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cascade Energy Services recently installed a Mitsubishi heat pump and minisplit system at my house, and I am very pleased with the experience. Bill handled the sales process gracefully and was always available to answer questions. I received two competing quotes for this service, and only Bill's ideas for how to solve the problems posed by the old house made sense. The installation team was friendly, efficient, and communicated well. They respected the space, keeping it clean and handling tricky issues effectively. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a nuisance popping breaker that another vendor failed to fix after replacing the breaker, and was glacially slow to respond to our requests to come back out to investigate the issue further. CES came out and was able to fix the issue. They even gave us their number so that they could come by again that same day if it started popping again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Words can't describe how great this team is. One of the last honest, trustworthy companies in the Seattle area. Bill and their team installed our tankless water heater as well as our ductless mini-split. They also did an amazing job when we later needed to add a new mini-split unit to another bedroom. They have been trusted for year in our house for the maintenance and service of those units. What you won't get from Cascade energy is an upsell to sell more product. Bill clearly cares about his team, and his team even told me about how they had a company outing to a Portland Trail Blazers game (not easy to do). Hard to find that kind of business these days who cares about their team and lets that culture trickle down to how they treat their clients. You won’t be disappointed with their team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service knowledge and attitude! Our basement gas fireplace was not working. I called to schedule an appointment and got on their schedule for today. Anthony showed up on time and immediately found and resolved the problem, then we agreed to have him perform a fireplace maintenance wherein he vacuumed everything, removing and cleaning the front glass. He even fixed an installation error and reset the logs to how it was designed to be installed. He also checked the burner mixture for proper operation and checked for carbon monoxide leaks. Over all fine work. We’ll be working with them for support of our HVAC System when the time comes

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spoke to the owner, Bill, on Monday, he came out on Tuesday to look at our heating unit that needed replacing. He gave us a more than fair offer, and explained which type of unit would work best for our home and why. Other places I called around to had over a week turnaround time for installation, they were able to do the install within two days. Today Bane & Rob came out to do the heater installation, and everything went well, and they got our heat up and running right away. They gave us all the info to register for our warranty too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had so many people came in to help Us fix my fireplace after the siding company put in the wrong vent in the past 16 months, each time it’s just got worse, I was so hopeless until someone referred me to this guy. Anthony came in the morning on time and figured out and fixed all our problems in one hour, I just can’t believe it, it turned out one of the previous tech from other companies wire the on off switch wrong, just simple as that, but it took so many technicians before Anthony to figure all these out for us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Bill from Cascade Energy Services. He did what other HVAC companies in the area weren't able to do. Instead of trying to sell me into buying a new HVAC unit (which is what I initially contacted him for), he found me a replacement part for my existing high-end Trane furnace, ordered it on my behalf for local pickup just down the road from my house. This saved me $$ by not having to replace my entire furnace. I had paid another HVAC company to come out and try to find the replacement part but they couldn't do it. Bill did it over phone / email and didn't charge me anything. I simply paid for the part (at wholesale cost) that he ordered, and once I plugged in the new part (pressure switch), my furnace was up and running like normal. I'd trust Bill on the any HVAC matters. He is very knowledgeable and cares about doing the right thing for the customer. I now have a trusted go-to source for future heating and cooling needs!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They fixed my fireplace which the previous company said can’t be fixed and I need to break my wall and install a new 9k fireplace. The entire Fix happened in 30-40 mins. These kind of people should be respected. Now a days the easy way out is just install a new system rather than investigating. Investigating, diagnostic and then fix is an art. Highly recommended after a lot of internet research.

I submitted a request from their website for a quote and within 15 minutes the owner himself was calling me and within an hour he was at the house working on a quote. Cascade Energy Services had the best price for the job amongst all of the other companies I reached out to. They sent the best professionals to install my unit, not only that they were respectful and courteous and they cleaned everything up after! Cascade Energy Services is highly recommended! Compared to many of the other competitors, they did not up sale us on a system and made sure to explain the unique nature of mini-splits so we understood the product we were getting. Additionally, during the install time they made sure to give us a heads up when they expected to arrive in the morning, cleaned up each day, and answered all the questions that came up. He gave me the pros and cons of all decisions and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Price-wise, he was on the higher side. But his competence and candor gave me all the peace of mind I needed to go with him over the others. Finally, when I wanted something tweaked with how they installed my furnace, he scheduled a crew member to come out and make the change I wanted, free of charge. It was only an additional hour of labor, but it's more than enough to get me on here writing a review. You won't be disappointed with Cascade.

Bill returned my call right away and was able to come out same day (which almost never happens unless you want to pay an emergency fee) to take a look at what was causing my furnace to not kick on when it should. He was upfront on cost and what to expect, which was reasonable in my opinion and experience. He showed up right when he said he would, was very personable and got right to work. Turns out it was a pretty easy fix. He talked me through it all and gave me some tips and information that was very helpful. He scheduled me on the spot for future maintenance I requested and talked me through that as well. Great guy. Great company. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've had Mike work on my central heating system and gas fireplace on 2 separate occasions. He did an amazing job looking over and cleaning/upgrading the central heating in a timely manner. I also had him work on the gas fireplace recently. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and solve the problem at the same time. He also cleaned up the whole system and added the decorative heating rocks at no extra charge. It was done in a timely manner and I'm so thankful my systems are working wonderfully.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The 5.0 reviews found here are deserved and well-earned. From estimate to the actual work, Bill & his installer Mike were responsive, communicative, and friendly. Heat pumps have gained in popularity so it can be a confusing time to decided what to replace your current heat source with. Bill listened to our experiences / concerns with our current system and our confusion about what to moving forward and ultimately suggested that we replace our system with a current equivalent rather than upgrade to a whole new (and much more expensive) heat pump system.Bill also made us aware that there was an "unbranded" version of the furnaces he installs which would save us an additional $800 with no reduction in quality. While we did get 3 other bids, we did select Bill for our furnace replacement. As you might expect, his bid was the cheapest since his company is the smallest but that wasn't the only factor. It was Bill's honesty and authenticity which helped me make the right decision for me and one that I would not regret. Installation was handled by his specialist, Mike. He was both respectful & friendly and really just put his head down and got to the task at hand. If there were any complications, I wasn't aware of it. At the end of the installation, Mike walked me through the new thermostat & furnace and answered any questions that I had. All in all, everything went as painless as possible and the furnace installed has been great so far. We have no regrets in our choice of furnace or our choice of the installer. Highly recommended.

Several new parts were challenging to replace. Bill's professional consulting helped us through every important decision prior to start of project: - high efficiency multi-position natural gas furnace with clearance kits; - modern electronic 2-stage WiFi programmable thermostat; - upgraded MERV 13 allergy air-filters to help manage wildfire smoke problems; - maintenance free cold plasma air purifier for anything pasing filter. Bill listened to our concerns and questions. Bill did a good job explaining the hardware and science that goes into a ductless mini split system and made sure that I understood the capabilities and limitations of these systems. A year later, to the day, the control board in the new furnace went out (a total fluke. These boards almost always last the entire life of the furnace). On a Sunday, Bill showed up at my door 30 minutes after calling him to let him know about the issue. On top of that, Bill got in touch with his suppliers on a holiday (President's Day) to see if he could get a replacement board quickly. He originally quoted us a few days but the very next morning he let us know that he was able to get the part sooner and he could be over in 15 minutes to get it installed. I don't know many folks that would go out of their way so many times on a holiday weekend to get an issue like this taken care of. Bill always goes above and beyond! There are no better out there!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was freezing in my house on a Saturday morning, and I needed my furnace fixed right away. I read the reviews and called after seeing they were the only service with a full 5 star rating. What impressed me the most is Bill immediately picked up the call. There was no leaving a message and waiting for someone to call me back in a few hours. Bill told me what it would cost to replace the ignitor in my furnace right then, and a very reasonable time frame for him to come to my house. Bill showed up when he said he would, fixed our furnace, and gave us an incredibly reasonable quote for a furnace replacement. Our furnace is 27 yes old, and we have been holding off on replacing it thinking it was going to cost around $10K. Bill's quote was half that. Bill was honest, professional, friendly, and trustworthy, and made us feel comfortable right off the bat. We will be using Cascade Energy Services going forward, and recommending them to our friends.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had Cascade Energy Services out to service two of my gas fireplaces, one needing a new thermocouple. They were highly professional and very easy to work with. The thermocouple replacement was much more expensive than any other quote I got it, but it was worth it to go with this company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After 29 years, our gas furnace developed issues and we needed a new one. I shopped around for the best price/product availability, which during a global pandemic, is typically a daunting task, and especially with Thanksgiving coming up. I was being quoted a ballpark figures of at least $5000 and up by the typical heating and air companies for installing just a furnace. Then I found and called Cascade Energy Services out of Lake Stevens, WA. Bill, the owner, got right back to me, came out to our place in Ballard, made an expert recommendation and scheduled a new furnace install weeks later. His installer Mike came out on December 3rd to rip the old one out and install a new equivalent furnace in its place and he did a first rate job of it and even cleaned up after his work. Everything from Cascade Energy services timing, getting hard-to-get product, expertise, customer service, follow-through and follow-up were all awesome, and the total cost to us was fair and at nearly $2000 less than the other quotes. I highly recommend Bill and his team to anyone needing a new furnace.

They not only did a great job, but they did it in a timely manner. We could not say that about a lot of our other subs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Cascade Energy Services! After learning our home’s furnace was unusable, I called around trying to get estimates. Many companies weren’t able to book someone to come out and give me an estimate for about a month! Bill came the next day. He quoted us a fair price. We were concerned about getting it installed quickly, and he was able to track down an instock furnace that met our needs. He booked the install the next week by squeezing us into his schedule. Then, he ended up calling and was able to move it up a couple days! The team that came out to install was very kind and personable. They kept me posted on the progress of the install and left everything very clean. Great experience overall, prompt and honest communication! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bill and the team were exceptional. After the last big heat wave, we wanted to replace our old propane burning furnace before it died on us. Cascade was able to come out quickly and give us an estimate. The price we paid for the work was very competitive, and honestly more so for the level of service we got. The install guys were professional, punctual, and did a great job. I’d have never known they were even there aside from the new heat pump they put in. We also had a mini split installed in the garage. We were told that the split wouldn’t be able to be installed until 9/10. No big deal. But they brought the equipment with them just in case, and were able to install it while they were here setting up the main heat pump in the house! TLDR: love my new heat pump and Mini split. Cost was more than fair and install was issue free. Bill and his team are a solid contractor and they know their stuff. Would recommend them to anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I contacted Cascade online yesterday with concerns about my heat pump performance. I am a first time home owner/first time heat pump owner, and this is not my favorite kind of adulting. I contacted at least five places before I ultimately selected Cascade. Over the phone when scheduling Bill suggested they run a diagnostic on my 20 + year old system, and if everything seemed ok they would roll that fee into maintenance on the system. The tech who came (the next day!!), Dean, was on time, efficient, professional and KIND. He listened attentively to my description of the heat pump behavior, educated me on how they work and why it was operating the way it was. He performed much needed maintenance since the system did not need any repair. I would absolutely recommend this company, and I will be a repeat customer when it comes time to repair or ultimately replace my old hvac system. A++

The surprise was that he DIDN'T try and push me into purchasing a new furnace like the other companies immediately did when I had to call them out at times during the last 5 years. When I inquired about maybe replacing the 28yr old furnace he didn't BS me and tell me which to buy, but instead presented facts about the available units to decide from and even beat the prices the other companies had quoted previously. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had been having problems with our 1990 Gas Fireplace. We called several companies and all of them wanted to charge us a service call fee of at least $250. None of them could or would answer answer any questions over the phone. I hung up the phone and was really angry. I told my wife, "...All I want is to speak to someone my age or older who could answer questions about my old gas fire-place and come out and look at it...I just want to call a number and speak with a Bob, Fred, Joe or a Bill...I want someone with a 1950s or 1980s work ethic that can help me and not just route me to some call center! Sure enough my wife had seen an ad on facebook for Cascade Energy Services and I called the number she gave me. I was so happy when I called the number and a man my age answered the phone as he was driving down the road and said, "Cascade Energy Services, this is Bill." I told him why I was calling and it just so happened he was less than 10 miles from my house. I told him all about the gas fireplace I had and its issues. He told me three things could be wrong with it and that he could fix it. A day later my old fireplace was working again and better than ever. I like the work Cascade Energy performed so much that I called Bill to install a new Lennox Furnace a few weeks later. Bill did a great job, and he even beat the price Costco would have charged me. He was professional and really knew his stuff. I will now be using Bill and Cascade Energy Services for all my heating and cooling. He also told me his installs hot water heaters too.

The system they installed far exceeded my expectations and has allowed me to utilize my furnace downstairs while having both heat and air conditioning upstairs. Cascade Energy Services installed 3 ductless Mitsubishi units which totaled 36,000 BTU. My upstairs is approximately 1500 square feet and the solution is more then ample. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bill, Bane, and Alex were great. Bill worked hard to design a ducted system with a fresh air intake (activated by CO2 levels!). We had no duct work and only wall heaters. We now have an extremely efficient heat pump that keeps the air in our house clean, fresh, and just the right temperature. Bill answers the phone when you call and is very knowledgeable. If he doesn't have an answer for something, he has people he can call on the spot to get the answer. He even painted the inside of our returns (air intakes) black to prevent reflection when looking at them. Top notch work, great pricing, and flexibility are the name of the game for Cascade Energy. I highly recommend you give them a chance. You won't be disappointed!

Every member of his crew who did the installation was friendly efficient and polite when they were done the worksite was left clean.
