Bill , the owner was great during that whole process. These guys installed a new furnace and AC unit along with a new hot water heater , their price was the best out of 4-5 places I had come out and quote me for this... Install .. I would recommend them to anyone who is doing anything that has to do with your Heating/cooling needs. These guys did not try and up sell me or have me buy anything that I did not need.read more

Bill is professional and proficient. I contacted the morning of when the furnace went out and he had a spot in the schedule to come diagnose and figure out what was wrong. He had to get 2 parts since the furnace is a... little older and was out the next morning and had the furnace working perfectly! He also taught me how to use this old school Thermostat that we have in the house. Would recommend him to anyone I know as my experience with him was perfect and what I would expect! Bill and his team were awesome! Professional, courteous and affordable. The system they installed far exceeded my expectations and has allowed me to utilize my furnace downstairs while having both heat and air... conditioning upstairs. Cascade Energy Services installed 3 ductless Mitsubishi units which totaled 36,000 BTU. My upstairs is approximately 1500 square feet and the solution is more then ample. I highly recommend Cascade Energy Services.read more

Cascade Energy Services recently installed my new HVAC system.Not only they install new heat pump but also removed my 34 yearsold system with lots of effort (heavy old thing).I was very pleased with the quick... response to my original call and afair price. Bill was very professional and friendly. He also is very knowledgeable and helped me be knowledgeable.Bane and Alex, the technicians were very polite and displayed their professionalism with producing an outstanding quality of work.They showed up on time, worked very efficiently and cleaned up afterward. They also showed me how to program my thermostat,advised me on maintenance, permitting, and answered all my questions.Great service from start to finish, highly recommended.read more

Bill, Bane, and Alex were great. Bill worked hard to design a ducted system with a fresh air intake (activated by CO2 levels!). We had no duct work and only wall heaters. We now have an extremely efficient heat pump... that keeps the air in our house clean, fresh, and just the right temperature. Bill answers the phone when you call and is very knowledgeable. If he doesn't have an answer for something, he has people he can call on the spot to get the answer. He even painted the inside of our returns (air intakes) black to prevent reflection when looking at them. Top notch work, great pricing, and flexibility are the name of the game for Cascade Energy. I highly recommend you give them a chance. You won't be disappointed!read more

This team is worth every star, from sales to the install process everyone was professionally communicative, was available for questions, and extremely friendly when we got our mini-split system installed. Compared to many of the other competitors, they did not up sale us on a system and made sure to explain the unique nature of mini-splits so we understood the product we were getting. Additionally, during the install time they made sure to give us a heads up when they expected to arrive in the morning, cleaned up each day, and answered all the questions that came up. I would recommend Cascade Energy Services to anyone looking at getting a heatpump installed

Cascade Energy Services was able to get our new furnace installed within one day of our phone call to them AND it was installed in a quarter amount of the time versus another competitor. Bill explained things very thoroughly to me and easily beat the price of the competition. The furnace is running great and if we need to have a furnace installed at one of our rental properties, or if/when the furnace will need maintenance, we will not hesitate to contact them again. Stellar service provider. I got multiple in-home quotes. Bill was not the least expensive, but he told it all to me straight. He gave me the pros and cons of all decisions and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Price-wise, he was on the higher side. But his competence and candor gave me all the peace of mind I needed to go with him over the others. Finally, when I wanted something tweaked with how they installed my furnace, he scheduled a crew member to come out and make the change I wanted, free of charge. It was only an additional hour of labor, but it's more than enough to get me on here writing a review. You won't be disappointed with Cascade.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with any home service I have needed. Bill returned my call right away and was able to come out same day (which almost never happens unless you want to pay an emergency fee) to take a look at what was causing my furnace to not kick on when it should. He was upfront on cost and what to expect, which was reasonable in my opinion and experience. He showed up right when he said he would, was very personable and got right to work. Turns out it was a pretty easy fix. He talked me through it all and gave me some tips and information that was very helpful. He scheduled me on the spot for future maintenance I requested and talked me through that as well. Great guy. Great company. Highly recommend.

I've had Mike work on my central heating system and gas fireplace on 2 separate occasions. He did an amazing job looking over and cleaning/upgrading the central heating in a timely manner. I also had him work on the gas fireplace recently. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and solve the problem at the same time. He also cleaned up the whole system and added the decorative heating rocks at no extra charge. It was done in a timely manner and I'm so thankful my systems are working wonderfully.

We were impressed with Bill and his crew from beginning to end. Bill was the second person to give us a bid for a two-unit ductless heat pump system. He explained every detail of the system clearly and his bid was significantly lower than the other bid we received. It was also in line with what we were expecting after researching costs on the internet. Every member of his crew who did the installation was friendly and efficient. They made sure to answer all of our questions . Great experience all around!

We received 4 different quotes from other companies, but Bill went above and beyond to ensure we were not over-quoted, over-charged, or over-purchasing anything related to an AC install. He was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, helped educate us, and ensured our specific needs were met. Everyone from electrical to install was timely, thorough, and kind. They even replaced our vent filter for us in the middle of the job after we said it was on our “house to do list.” Bill is the best and so is his company!
