This team is worth every star, from sales to the install process everyone was professionally communicative, was available for questions, and extremely friendly when we got our mini-split system installed. This was one of the best experiences I have had with any home service I have needed. Bill returned my call right away and was able to come out same day (which almost never happens unless you want to pay an emergency fee) to take a look at what was causing my furnace to not kick on when it should. He was upfront on cost and what to expect, which was reasonable in my opinion and experience. He showed up right when he said he would, was very personable and got right to work. Turns out it was a pretty easy fix. He talked me through it all and gave me some tips and information that was very helpful. He scheduled me on the spot for future maintenance I requested and talked me through that as well. Great guy. Great company. Highly recommend.
