Compared to many of the other competitors, they did not up sale us on a system and made sure to explain the unique nature of mini-splits so we understood the product we were getting. This was one of the best experiences I have had with any home service I have needed. Bill returned my call right away and was able to come out same day (which almost never happens unless you want to pay an emergency fee) to take a look at what was causing my furnace to not kick on when it should. He was upfront on cost and what to expect, which was reasonable in my opinion and experience. He showed up right when he said he would, was very personable and got right to work. Turns out it was a pretty easy fix. He talked me through it all and gave me some tips and information that was very helpful.
