I had over 7 to 10 quotes to get a Mitsubishi Mini-Split / Heat Pump installed in one of my rooms in my home, none of them were as responsive, courteous, professional and overall great as Cascade Energy Services. I submitted a request from their website for a quote and within 15 minutes the owner himself was calling me and within an hour he was at the house working on a quote. This team is worth every star, from sales to the install process everyone was professionally communicative, was available for questions, and extremely friendly when we got our mini-split system installed. Compared to many of the other competitors, they did not up sale us on a system and made sure to explain the unique nature of mini-splits so we understood the product we were getting. Additionally, during the install time they made sure to give us a heads up when they expected to arrive in the morning, cleaned up each day, and answered all the questions that came up. He gave me the pros and cons of all decisions and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Price-wise, he was on the higher side. But his competence and candor gave me all the peace of mind I needed to go with him over the others. Finally, when I wanted something tweaked with how they installed my furnace, he scheduled a crew member to come out and make the change I wanted, free of charge. It was only an additional hour of labor, but it's more than enough to get me on here writing a review. You won't be disappointed with Cascade.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with any home service I have needed. Bill returned my call right away and was able to come out same day (which almost never happens unless you want to pay an emergency fee) to take a look at what was causing my furnace to not kick on when it should. He was upfront on cost and what to expect, which was reasonable in my opinion and experience. He showed up right when he said he would, was very personable and got right to work. Turns out it was a pretty easy fix. He talked me through it all and gave me some tips and information that was very helpful. He scheduled me on the spot for future maintenance I requested and talked me through that as well. Great guy. Great company. Highly recommend.
